Bathroom Decluttering
Your master bathroom needs to be decluttered. Not reorganized, but decluttered.
It’s a subtle difference but the result is significant.
When you declutter, you are focusing on getting rid of items (trash, recycling, donate.) When you organize, you are focusing on categorizing items and finding a good home for them.
If you want to make significant, permanent change…focus on decluttering.
Three steps to declutter your bathroom:
Clear the space - start small and remove all the items from the drawer or shelf.
Clean the space - wipe the inside of the drawer or the shelf until it’s clean.
Make decisions - decide what you are avoiding using. The reason doesn’t really matter, but your use of the item matters. If you’re not using it, you don’t need to keep it. If you find something you would LIKE to use, make a point of using it quickly - today or this week. If you still don’t use it, you are clearly NOT going to use it and can get rid of it.
